With the Mateu Picas Research Center, we have tripled our effective research space, reaching 500 m² dedicated to research, development and innovation in pest control solutions.
Entomology
Our Entomology area is dedicated to studying the main insect species we work with at MYLVA. It currently comprises 9 specially equipped rooms designed to provide optimal conditions for insect maintenance and development.
Our facilities house cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, flies, termites and other species, allowing us to conduct behavioral, physiological and toxicological studies. This knowledge helps us better understand each species and develop more effective solutions tailored to their specific characteristics.
R&D
Our Research & Development department specializes in creating new solutions for urban pest control.
Its expertise covers the formulation of attractants, repellents, contact insecticides and surface treatments, as well as the design and development of trapping and monitoring systems.
We focus on developing solutions that are increasingly effective, innovative and respectful of both people and the environment, while continuously improving our existing products and processes.
We also generate scientific knowledge that provides a strong foundation for the innovations of the future.
